The Two-Room Queen Suite was super spacious. It had a comfy seating area, a fridge, and a microwave. I loved the made-to-order omelets at breakfast. Staff was super accommodating, making sure the dining area was clean and welcoming. Plus, the indoor pool and fitness center were open 24/7 for a nice workout anytime!

It was just a suitable option for a city escape in Syracuse with outstanding value for money. The breakfast staff, however, had an attitude problem, which was disappointing. Bring your own coffee if you want something decent.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The rooms were spacious and clean. We explored the area during the day and definitely recommend visiting the Rosamond Gifford Zoo. The hotel staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Don't miss out on the complimentary drinks during happy hour!

The only downside was the bar staff's inexperience. they sometimes mixed drinks a bit off.

The rooms were huge and spotless, smelling good as well. The bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was pleasant, but it lacked variety. not a single vegetable was in sight. The pool was clean but had no towels available initially, which was frustrating. The lobby was a bit too loud during social hours, making it hard to hear the front desk staff. One major issue was that half the lights in my room didn't work, which dampened my experience a bit. Overall, it had a nice atmosphere but needs some maintenance. I would come back, hoping for better room upkeep next time.
